Sunset Teepee Experience
There's nothing more sublime than an intimate beach dinner for two served in the comfort of a private teepee. Imagine a four-course meal featuring the most delicious Baja Peninsula flavors shaded by bamboo, palm fronds, and flowers. The experience starts at sunset, announced by the ancestral sounds of conch shells, and continues over a leisurely two hours. The package includes curated DJ music, a photographer, craft cocktails, and a delectable menu prepared teepee-side by a resort chef.
Baja Farm-to-Fork Dining Experience
Embark on a culinary journey through the delicious flavors of the Baja Peninsula, featuring a four-course dining menu paired with a selection of award-winning wines from the Guadalupe Valley in Ensenada. From fresh-caught seafood to organic vegetables and herbs plucked straight from our private orchard—this is a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Socialize with the chefs as they prepare your feast in a wood-burning oven or on the grills as you take in the views of the Peninsula Restaurant's orchard and beach. Hatchlings Release
Few experiences at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort compare to the thrill of watching sea turtle hatchlings make their way to the warm ocean waters of the Sea of Cortez. During sea turtle hatching season in Los Cabos – between late-September and mid-December – thousands of endangered Hawksbill, Loggerhead, Leatherback, Green and Olive Ridley turtles come to nest along our shores. Time your visit just right and you’ll have a hands-on opportunity to assist our conservation team as they release the hatchlings from their protected nests just before sunset on selected days.
Orchard Cooking Class
If you love to cook but want to step up your presentation game, this class was created just for you. Join one of our master chefs and up to seven other guests for an insider's guide to preparing Instagram-worthy, palate-pleasing, authentic Baja cuisine. Handpick fresh ingredients from Pacifica’s own garden, prepare a sumptuous meal alongside our chef, and enjoy the fruits of your labor with a sommelier-selected wine to complement your gourmet lunch. Hook & Cook
Join our chef for a lesson in ceviche making. Gonzalez’s popular "Hook & Cook" experience invites guests to reel in the freshest fish for his signature mesa de ceviches. Enjoy sumptuous platters of local seafood served with the chef’s house-made emulsions and salsas.
Mixology Class
Sharpen your bartending skills with a master mixologist. During our popular poolside "Mixology Class," you’ll go behind the bar with our own Jonathan Nuñez, who’ll share his incredible drink recipes using Mexico-made tequila and mescal.
